Legends (55+)Our 55+ program offers a strength and conditioning program specifically designed for individuals aged 55 and above. With a focus on functional movements to build strength and independence, participants can enjoy a variety of workouts. Our legends 55+ group classes focus on strength training, cardio training, balance training and mobility routines. Certified instructors guide athletes through each session, ensuring a supportive and encouraging atmosphere conducive to achieving fitness goals at any age.
Semi-Private TrainingSemi-private training provides personalized workouts in small groups, offering individual attention and a supportive atmosphere for effective and engaging fitness sessions.
