You’ll be participating in (5) private one-on-one sessions or small group sessions, focusing on proper body mechanics and the five foundations of CrossFit, the squat, overhead press, deadlift, snatch, and clean. We’ll teach you the basics, emphasize proper technique, and you’ll get a kick-ass workout too!
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit-style workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in CrossFit you may graduate to our regular CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit experience!
