This 30-minute meeting with our head coach is all about you. It’s a chance to sit down, chat about your fitness goals, and explore what you’re looking to achieve—whether it’s building strength, losing weight, improving mobility, or simply finding a community that supports you. The No Sweat Intro allows us to get to know each other, and helps you decide if our gym is the best fit for your needs.
During this conversation, you’ll have the opportunity to outline your specific fitness goals and what you’re hoping to get out of your time at the gym. Are you more interested in group fitness classes? Do you feel one-on-one personal training is what you need to meet your goals? Or maybe nutrition coaching is the key to unlocking your potential? Our goal during this session is to craft a plan tailored just for you, and that plan could be a combination of any of these services.
Not only does the No Sweat Intro give you the chance to speak your goals out loud to someone who’s committed to helping you achieve them, but it also gives us both a chance to connect. We’ll take the time to learn about your fitness history, any past injuries, and your overall lifestyle so that we can recommend the best path forward. We want to ensure that we’re the right gym for you and that you feel confident stepping into our community.
